Primary Location VIC - Melbourne - 655 Collins St Job Description Summary The Regional Delivery Manager (VIC) role is responsible for overseeing all ODM construction and delivery activities within Victoria, ensuring projects meet operational and financial KPIs while maintaining high safety & quality standards. About the Role We are seeking a Regional Delivery Manager to take charge of construction and delivery operations across all ODM programs of work in Victoria. You will be responsible for managing Field Supervisors, subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to HSE compliance, program quality, and commercial standards. This role also involves overseeing financial KPIs, resolving defects and complaints, and maintaining strong client relationships with NBN and other stakeholders. Your ability to lead teams, manage resources effectively, and drive project success will be crucial in this dynamic and fast-paced environment. Nature of position: Permanent Location: Melbourne VIC Reporting Line: Project Director Key Responsibilities: Oversee all construction activities across ODM programs in the state, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Manage operational and financial KPIs, including project costs, variations, and non-recoverable expenses. Lead and develop a team of Field Supervisors, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices. Maintain strong client relationships with NBN and other stakeholders across multiple programs of work. Ensure timely resolution of complaints, defect management, and compliance with environmental and cultural heritage requirements. Ensure all fieldwork meets HSE policies, operational standards, and KPI targets. Manage subcontractor compliance, performance, and adherence to service level agreements. About you: Proven experience leading internal teams and subcontractors in a high-volume construction or telecommunications environment. 5 years of experience within an external plant network. Strong background in civil construction, cable hauling, and NBN fibre deployment (HFC, FTTN, FTTC, FTTP). Experience in New Developments and Relocations. Demonstrated ability to manage operational performance, financial targets, and large-scale projects. Expertise in stakeholder engagement, contract management, and risk mitigation. Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse project data for informed decision-making.
