The Opportunity
This newly created Marketing Specialist role offers an exciting opportunity for an emerging leader. Reporting to the CEO, you'll focus on executing a marketing plan developed by an external supplier while leading a small team, including a remote Marketing Assistant and a Graphic Designer.
Key responsibilities include:
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a part-time Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer, fostering collaboration and growth.
* Marketing Execution: Implement the existing marketing plan, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
* Digital Marketing: Manage and optimise digital campaigns, website updates, and lead generation efforts to support sales teams.
* Content Creation & Comms: Draft marketing communications, assist in PR initiatives, and support event management.
To Be Successful
Success in this role requires a strong track record of executing marketing plans across various channels paired with the readiness to take on leadership responsibilities. Your ability to drive results while efficiently managing day-to-day operations will be essential.
Key attributes include:
* Demonstrated experience in marketing execution, preferably across digital, lead generation, and PR.
* Experience managing or collaborating with a team, including remote employees.
* Strong emotional and cultural intelligence, with an ability to work sensitively with diverse communities.
* Ability to execute established plans, with a future focus on contributing to strategy.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
