Our vision is to create an A1-free world where dairy nourishes all people and our planet.Your Impact:Reporting to the Head of Marketing and based at Southbank, VIC, you will be responsible for setting the digital strategy and executing online campaigns for ANZ Fresh Milk and Infant Milk Formula, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement. You will lead the development and delivery of content across all social, display, website, ecommerce and influencer content with a focus on bringing innovative new thinking to our brands.More specifically, you will:Define consumer digital journey insights to improve campaigns.Deliver strong social ‘fit for platform’ content from briefing to managing content calendars and delivery, for organic & paid social channels.Identify influencers using Klear tool matched against agreed criteria and manage development of that content from brief to launch.Provide guidance to agency partners to ensure content is on-brand and delivers against agreed performance criteria.Lead the ongoing management of regional websites across portfolios.Lead, execute, and measure performance of our digital trading platform for site traffic growth and developing onsite initiatives.Leading online post campaign reviews.Implement community management, listening, and quarterly review of competitor online activity alongside agencies.Manage/optimise digital marketing spend for ‘always on’ and campaigns.What you will bring:Significant experience in delivering campaigns across all social platforms, search and websites.Extensive digital experience and end-to-end project management skills in creating content from leading the content strategies through to execution.Proven ability to lead the development of social media content and influencer campaigns to deliver brand objectives.Strong understanding of premium brand marketing and delivering content in line with brand positioning.Highly digitally analytical with solid understanding of digital and ecommerce performance metrics and meaningful online campaign tracking.Thorough understanding of online ecommerce management, including campaign planning, acquisition marketing, and customer relationship management.An evident passion and curiosity for the digital and ecommerce space with the ability to pivot to different working styles across the business.Extensive experience of Google analytics, CMS websites, and the metrics behind ecommerce.Strong digital acumen with an understanding of SEO and SEM principles and all social media platforms (especially Meta, YouTube, and TikTok).Ability to analyse and interpret data to make recommendations.High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong IT proficiency including being fully competent in the MS Office Suite.eCommerce experience within Dairy/Infant Milk Formula or in a digital agency would be highly favourable.Tertiary qualified with a business degree in commerce and/or marketing is preferred.What’s in it for you:Health & Wellbeing @ a2:Gender neutral parental leave, offering 20 weeks at full pay with no minimum tenure requirement.Superannuation paid for the full duration of parental leave (paid and unpaid leave).Enhanced parental leave offerings (additional pay for birth of multiples, neo-natal paid leave, miscarriage leave).Grandparents Leave.Women's health leave and access to reproductive support services.Global wellbeing day – bonus day off each year.Flexibility @ a2:Hybrid work policy (non-operational roles).Remote ‘work from anywhere’– up to 2 weeks a year.Families @ a2 – access to resources and experts to support all stages of family life.Reward & Recognition @ a2:4 litres of fresh a2 milk weekly.Access to our global reward and recognition platform which includes the largest employee discounts program in the world.Opportunity to participate in community and sustainability initiatives.We pride ourselves on embracing a workplace where every team member feels respected, and free to share their ideas.
