Reporting to the People and Culture Lead, you will lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to meet recruitment targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives with a growth mindset.Salary up to $120kKey Responsibilities Develop and implement a candidate-centric sourcing methodology to achieve recruitment goals. Manage, coach, and inspire the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high-quality service. Drive continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function, leveraging effective change management strategies. Collaborate with the Employer Brand, Engagement, and Operations teams to create and execute innovative talent attraction campaigns. Provide specialised Talent Acquisition expertise to enhance the quality of our hiring process. Execute operational Talent Acquisition activities in line with our business workforce plans. Deliver timely reporting and data analysis insights to inform decision-making and enhance service delivery. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners to optimise recruitment processes. Contribute to the development of EI’s EVP What Success Looks Like: You will know you’re making an impact when recruitment targets are met consistently, time-to-hire is reduced, new starters are engaged, and retention targets for Practitioners are achieved monthly.Who You Are: You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition, particularly in high-volume recruitment. You possess excellent leadership capabilities and are adept at coaching and developing team members. Your strong communication and influencing skills enable you to build credibility with stakeholders across the organisation.Essential Qualifications And Skills Significant experience in Talent Acquisition across graduate, volume, and business-as-usual processes. Proven leadership experience, with a focus on team development and performance management. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Data-driven approach to Talent Acquisition reporting and deep dive analysis. Strong project management skills and capability in continuous improvement Broad industry experience, preferably in Health and Human Services. Expertise in developing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and workflows is advantageous. Desirable Qualifications Experience in the disability sector or an allied health setting. Familiarity with Job Adder or Employment Hero platforms. Mandatory Certifications: Working with Children Employee Check / Blue Card. NDIS Worker Screening Check. NDIS Worker Orientation Module. Valid Driver’s Licence (as required by State).
