This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the finance industry or who is seeking a good work/life balance. As a Personal Banking Consultant – Teller your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and service. Some of your key duties include having quality conversations and educating our Members on our products, managing basic Member enquiries and transactions, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. Your positive manner, attention to detail and eagerness to remain up to date with skills and knowledge will allow you to succeed in this role. This role is full time based on a 38hour work week. No weekend work required.
