Job Description: Role Title: Health Information Clerk Role Type: Casual Department and Location: SVHA – Mater Hospital, St Vincent’s Private and Griffith hospitals. Salary: 34.37 AUD base per hour. About The Role: Assist with retrieval and delivery of records to and from the wards. Sorting and assembling of medical records for scanning. Scanning and filing of medical records. Assist with the processing of requests for records, both on and off-site. Scanning and filing VMO letters and loose sheets. Assist with other duties as directed by the Manager of Health Information Services. About You: Experience in computer systems. Previous experience in medical records/health industry. Flexibility to work varying start or finishing times between 7.30am and 5.30pm. Knowledge and experience with computer systems and programs. Good communication skills to deal with telephone enquiries, as well as staff within the hospital Possession of a current NSW Driver’s License desirable Why Work at St Vincent’s?
