Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?As the Administration Manager, you will oversee the seamless execution of payroll, subcontractor payments, and customer invoicing across our NSW Transport network.
Leading a team of administration professionals, you'll ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across critical business functions.This dynamic role requires flexibility to work across two key sites located at Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek.
Key areas:Managing and validating time and attendance data in Workforce Dimensions (Kronos) for payroll and labour hireChecking, validating, and approving weekly payroll reports before submissionOverseeing subcontractor payments and customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliationsInvestigating and resolving invoice discrepancies, issuing credits or adjustments as requiredIdentifying and driving continuous improvement initiativesSupervising, training, and supporting administration staff to ensure high performanceManaging accounts payable, reconciling revenue, and handling outstanding debtsDocumenting and maintaining site and operations system proceduresAre you the one?We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
