ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary purpose of the Logistics Operator is to support the efficient handling and coordination of materials throughout the Supply Base. This includes ensuring the accurate and timely receipting of all incoming goods, as well as overseeing their proper storage, documentation, and movement within the facility. The Logistics Operator plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the smooth flow of materials to and from warehouses, production facilities, or distribution points.
In addition to managing the receipt of goods, the Logistics Operator is responsible for verifying that all materials scheduled for vessel loading match the relevant shipping documents and manifests. The operator identifies and resolves any discrepancies, ensuring that goods are properly secured and handled in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
