Field Services Engineer NSW

This role will see you install, maintain and repair Bayer and distributor products within the modalities of CT/CV and MRI on-site in NSW within the following territory: Sydney metro and central NSW (including Broken Hill, Dubbo and Orange). In addition, you will manage and develop customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair all defective products – primarily on-site and at the Service Hub
* Install new products and provide training as needed
* Maintain effective customer and distributor relationships
* Promote and support the Certification & Quality Assurance program – DirectCARE
* Work with internal stakeholders to develop and evaluate State and National key account plans
* Actively seek product and business improvement insights from our customers
* Maintain accurate service reports and customer records
Requirements:
* Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification
* 2 years' experience as a Medical Device Field Service Engineer or similar technical experience
* Knowledge and experience of Radiology market, environment, and equipment
* Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
* You must pass and maintain both an Australian Police and Working with children checks
* Hold and maintain a current Australian driver's license
