About the Role:
We are seeking a star to be trained in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team based in our Ballarat office.
This role will see the right person leading the established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across Ballarat.
Your Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.
* Assisting in the sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat.
* Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers.
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finish.
* Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.
* Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.
* Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients.
* Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.
Your Qualifications:
You don't need to have Real Estate experience, we are looking for the right individual.
Ideally currently in a commercial or B2B role and may be looking for further opportunities in a new industry.
You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute.
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow.
Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent.
You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute with previous property sales & leasing experience or B2B sales.
Entrepreneurial and commercially astute.
Ideally Bachelor Degree qualifications in Business or similar.
