The Position As a Senior Manager – Financial Accounting, you will join integratedliving at a time of transformation.
As a leader within the Finance Team, you will play a key role in delivering strong long term financial stewardship across the organisation and building effective partnerships that drive positive financial results through timely and effective reporting and acquittals, as well as playing a key role in budgeting and planning.
You will lead your team and be accountable for: The engagement, development, performance, and productivity of the team and the quality of service provided by the Financial Accounting Team.
The timely production of accurate financial statements, financial reporting, cash flow reports, acquittals, and accounting practices through the leadership of a team and/or the provision of specialist expertise to the organisation.
Leading the team to actively focus on the future and deliver best financial practices, utilising their subject matter expertise to inform and educate the whole organisation and to inform recommendations for improvement.
Leading process improvement to drive operational efficiency and return on investment.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with a possibility of becoming a permanent role.

You will have experience in engagement, development, performance, and productivity of the team and ensure that the service provided is delivered at a high standard.
Plus the following; You will have a qualification in Accountancy (CPA or CA) with minimum 5 years' experience You will be able to demonstrate experience of successfully driving change and innovation You will be able to lead process improvement to drive operational efficiency or return on investment and a natural ability to manage, delegate, motivate, monitor, and control team activity You will have a sound understanding of modern management information systems and large volume data management You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate (in writing and orally) at all levels with both financial and non-financial management You will have strong stakeholder and relationship management skills particularly influencing and negotiating??
