Queensland Ambulance Service (Organisation site)Human Resources; Office of the Deputy Commissioner Corporate Services; Head Office; Lutwyche The Change Manager is a key member of the QAS delivery team for the cross-agency Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group (QGCDG) Rostering, Time and Attendance (RTA) Project. The role is responsible for leading and managing the organisational change and transition activities associated with the implementation of the selected RTA solution within the QAS. The role also supports the QAS RTA Project Board Executives, and the Director and Executive Manager, RTA Project, by providing expert change management advice and delivering outcomes across the QAS, ranging from frontline staff, supervisors, workforce planning units, Districts, Regions, and corporate business units. The Change Manager oversees the development and delivery of change, communication, and training plans, and contributes to the analysis and documentation of change impacts and business readiness assessments. We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes: Demonstrated high-level capability and experience in the coordination and delivery of contemporary, best practice change management services and support within a complex, geographically diverse organisation. Proven ability to manage complex projects and change management activities to deliver organisational and project outcomes, including that of within timeframes and allocated budgets. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team, to respond positively and flexibly to change, to ensure the delivery of business and organisational priorities and strategic objectives. Demonstrated skills in cultivating productive, influential relationships and effectively engaging, communicating, consulting, and negotiating with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, in a flexible and dynamic environment. Proven highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively analyse and assess business system impacts and develop appropriate change management strategies that ensure organisation-wide changes are implemented successfully, with minimal impact on frontline service delivery and business operations. Demonstrated experience in preparing, coordinating, and presenting quality advice, briefings, and reports to a wide range of stakeholders, and the proven ability to influence strategic outcomes. The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role: Accreditation in Prince2 and/or experience in project management and organisational change management is highly desirable. Knowledge and experience within the Queensland Ambulance Service or health sector would be highly regarded. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
