Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)Recognised as one of the world’s largest IT and business consulting services firms, CGI has offices across Australia, supporting local public and private sector clients to solve real business problems.Our latest opportunity is a permanent part-time position (4 days per week) for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment across our Australian business. You will be partnering with the business to ensure recruitment needs are met, promoting our EVP, and managing onboarding.When not focused on recruitment you will be coordinating other HR programs such as L&D and immigration. We request a minimum of 2-3 days per week in your local office.Your future duties and responsibilitiesEnd to end recruitment for the Australian business including IT and technical, Space and Defence, and corporate roles.Organise and facilitate orientation. Keep the training material up to date.Update and distribute recruitment reports and the Australian business demand plan for talent.Recruitment administration including onboarding paperwork and ensuring the data in the Applicant Tracking System is up to date.Promote the CGI employer brand within the Australian business. Provide input into the careers page and other external careers portals, suggest content for social and be a CGI brand ambassador.Coordinate L&D in Australia. Act as the point of contact for L&D queries, reporting, and write the monthly newsletter.Act as the Australian point of contact for immigration. Coordinate new visa applications and provide ad-hoc reporting to the business.Required qualifications to be successful in this role5+ years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment of technology and non-IT roles (internal or agency).A strong belief in providing a superior, empathetic, and fair candidate experience.A passion for employer branding and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to talent attraction.An interest in developing your skills and knowledge across the likes of L&D.Resilient and adaptable - things change regularly and you’ll need to be quick to pivot.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Flexible and available to take evening calls with our HR Centre of Excellence based in the UK.Why work for CGI?At CGI, we recognise the richness that diversity brings.
