About the Role In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to clients and prospects.
You will also facilitate efficient investment and risk administration, including underwriting and claims, while working closely with the Head of Client Operations to enhance the efficiency of risk support operations.
Key Responsibilities Ensure high-quality service delivery by reviewing work produced by outsourced Administrators.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as a primary contact for all administrative tasks and queries.
Accurately and efficiently process and manage insurance applications.
Handle and oversee insurance claims from start to completion.
Maintain ongoing insurance client records, including policy updates, overdue premiums, cancellations, quotes, pre-assessments, risk schedules, and reductions.
Create and update process and procedure guides and templates related to insurance administration tasks.
Coordinate quarterly insurance committee meetings, take minutes, create action items, and follow up on completion, including evaluating insurance providers' administrative capabilities.
Organise bi-monthly insurance product training sessions for Advisers with product providers.
Manage the insurance admin inbox daily, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff and outsourced Administrators.
This role will suit someone with 1-2 years experience in financial planning with a good understanding of insurance advice or alternatively someone working in a large insurance company looking to make the move into Financial planning.
