We're seeking a passionate Territory Manager to make a real impact in our growing Structural Heart division.Your new roleBased in Perth and reporting to the Field Sales Manager, this exciting Territory Manager role puts you at the heart of cutting-edge therapies in structural heart care.You'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional clinical support across PFO occlusion, LAA occlusion, and congenital heart disease therapies.
This is your chance to work alongside passionate innovators, supporting complex cardiac procedures that truly make a difference.Key Duties:Partner with clinicians to support Structural Heart case planning, including assessing patient suitability and providing expert clinical case coverage during procedures.Engage with healthcare professionals post-procedure to evaluate outcomes and provide ongoing support.Collaborate with a wide range of clinical stakeholders, including interventionalists, cardiologists, surgeons, and nursing teams to drive awareness, education, and patient referrals.Lead and support training workshops, from onboarding new users to ongoing education and skill development, including echo-focused sessions.Streamline processes for patient screening and procedure scheduling to ensure optimal workflow and outcomes.Promote Structural Heart technologies and share clinical insights with referring physicians to drive adoption and referral growth.Represent the organisation at both local and national conferences and educational events.Achieve sales targets and grow market share within your territory, contributing to overall state performance.Build strong relationships with key customer groups, leveraging your networks to expand the organisation's reach and impact.Effectively manage consignment stock to ensure smooth case execution and product availability.Your skills and experienceStrong understanding of healthcare industry processes and clinical environments, with the confidence to engage effectively with both customers and key opinion leaders.Previous experience in sales or clinical support within the medical field.Medical background essential; experience in Structural Heart or Interventional Cardiology is highly regarded but not required.Demonstrated success in sales or clinical roles involving procedure-enabling medical devices that require high-level clinician engagement and training.Your next stepIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to ****** or call me now on 0410255454 to discuss your next role.
