About the Role
As a Customer Service Consultant (CSC) at Bupa Banora Point, you will work closely with one other CSC and our General Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include being a welcoming face for our residents and their families, as well as performing a range of administrative tasks to support the operation of the care home.
Duties
* Resident Placement: Providing prospective residents and loved ones with a warm introduction to the Care Home by handling enquiries and coordinating admissions.
* Employee Service: Supporting and overseeing the employee experience, including administering rosters, recruitment activities, onboarding new starters, and managing leave.
* Concierge/Reception/Admin: Effectively leading the customer and administrative experience function of the Care Home, ensuring high standards of customer service.
Skills and Experience
* Patient and Calm Disposition: Working in a care home requires patience and a sunny disposition, as well as calmness when dealing with worried families or confused residents.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Diplomacy and a proactive approach are essential in this role, particularly when speaking to residents or family members.
* Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite Skills
* Previous Admin/Customer Service Experience
* Highly Developed Organisation and Time Management Skills
