The main responsibility for the Foreman is to plan and lead the work in the workshop ensuring excellent service and efficiency. This means to assist the Service Manager and the Service Advisor in the organization and execution of the workshop’s production. This is achieved by leading multi-skilled teams delivering the agreed service and quality at the promised time, fulfilling SHE requirements.
Job Responsibilities
* Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment
* Lead, motivate and develop a team of Technicians fostering a culture of service and performance excellence
* Work with Scania teams to ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the workshop flow
* Monitor Technician productivity and ensure customer expectations are met
* Ensure your team have appropriate skills, tools and resources
About you
* You will hold a Certificate III HV Diesel Technician qualification
* You lead by example - enjoy mentoring, coaching and training
* Proven experience working as a HV Technician
* You take pride in quality workmanship and doing things right.
* You will thrive on ensuring customer satisfaction through your work and how you support your team – happy customers mean happy you!
