Your role What you'll be doing What We Need CORPAY has a senior leadership opportunity available for a strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our Salesforce CRM across New Zealand and Australia by optimizing sales processes and tools, and prioritizing projects in support of inbound, outbound, outsource and field sales channels. This role will enable the sales teams to focus on selling and improving overall sales performance and productivity. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Melbourne office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training and development Role Responsibilities This role is crucial for ensuring that sales processes run smoothly and at maximum efficiency. Reporting directly to the Australasia Sales Director, the Sales Operations Manager will identify and action areas for sales process improvement including the assessment of lead flow/routing and pipeline progression and build scalable processes to enable revenue increases. You’ll work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and help them understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Other responsibilities of the role will include: Development of sales FTE performance reports Perform data analytics around various business subject matter and provide valuable data driven insights to facilitate business decision making Identify business model improvement opportunities and actionable strategic initiatives through robust analytics Scope, develop, and implement various internal Salesforce projects as they arise Ensure integrity of Salesforce CRM data through cleansing and error monitoring Develop and maintain process documentation/user instructions within SFDC and sales processes & workflows Deliver training to the sales team on CRM, sales methodology, KPI’s and compensation plans Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades Qualifications & Skills We are seeking someone highly knowledgeable of Salesforce CRM with a strong background in sales operations, project management, and a proven track record in process improvement. You’re someone who thinks outside of the box to develop solutions with a strong work ethic, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential. Having a strong knowledge of Agile project methodologies is a plus To be considered for this role, you must also have the following skills and experience: At least 5 years of previous experience in a sales operations role, preferably in FinTech. Experience developing and implementing operational strategies. Ability to solve business problems leveraging data analytics tools Ability to define, implement, improve and automate processes Excellent communication skills and cross group collaboration skills.
