Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of 45-50 clients, ensuring each receives the highest standard of service and support.
* Provide expert guidance on group life, salary continuance, and health insurance that meets client needs.
* Conduct thorough annual reviews and produce insightful reports.
* Drive growth by acquiring new clients and identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in relationship and account management within the insurance sector, preferably at a brokerage.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
