About this Opportunity
As a Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Project Management Office (PMO) team.
You will collaborate with project delivery leads to collect project status updates and prepare monthly project portfolio dashboards.
You will also facilitate project management board meetings and maintain the portfolio risk register.
You will be required to perform general project management office administrative tasks and support for the Smartsheet software application.
About You
You are an excellent communicator with strong relationships-building skills.

You are a highly organized individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
To be considered for the role, you require:
A minimum of two years' experience in developing and maintaining program or project management dashboards and artefacts.
Experience in maintaining program or project risk registers, including scheduling reviews and facilitating risk meetings.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Microsoft SharePoint/Teams, and Smartsheet.
