Job Description
SGS is seeking a Client Services Executive to develop, manage, and maintain business relationships within our Audit business, delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering the opportunity to work with a global leader in inspection, testing, and certification.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
* Ensure high quality, value adding client services focusing on quality, productivity and safety.
* Maintain exemplary levels of customer satisfaction.
* Establish strong working relationships with existing clients.
* Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong focus on operational sales for the Audit business with existing clients.
* Management of client specific requirements i.e. reporting for responsible Key Accounts.
* Identify and target new areas of business within the key accounts through sound sales and marketing activity.
* Plan and schedule client visits and ensure compliance with individual KPIs.
* Follow up outstanding/overdue invoices over 90 days or as required.
* Manage client data on CRM.
* Report client complaints through OIMS systems and ensure items are closed off in a timely and efficient manner.
* Keep all databases (including but not limited to CERTIQ) up to date.
* Address, report and escalate any non-conformance issues to management as soon as practicable.
* All other duties as directed by the Manager.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role you will possess:
* Key account management skills and customer service.
* Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of client services operations.
* Comprehensive understanding of audit operations and scheduling.
* Tertiary qualification in Quality, Business or related studies.
