For more information read the full Role Description: Leasing & Contracts Officer What you will bring to the role Proven experience in managing and optimizing commercial property leases, contracts, and licenses to enhance asset value and meet performance standards. Demonstrated financial management skills, particularly in contract administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tracking budgets, lease agreements, and compliance. Strong understanding of NSW Government policies, procurement practices, and relevant legislation surrounding property and lease management. Experience in preparing and managing business cases, tenders, and other commercial agreements, effectively balancing operational and revenue-generating priorities. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, suppliers, and the wider community. Attention to detail and an analytical mindset, with the ability to prepare detailed reports, manage deadlines, and coordinate compliance documentation to support key operational and strategic outcomes for the Gardens.
