About Early Learning Victoria
The Victorian Government is establishing 50 government-owned and operatedearly learning centresby 2032 as part of the Best Start, Best Life reforms. The centres will offer childcare, Three and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten and Pre-Prep. The centres will provide high-quality, accessible and inclusive early childhood education and care that is child centred, focused on learning through play and in nature, with strong connections to local communities.
The first four centres are opening in 2025 at Murtoa College, Eaglehawk North Primary School, Moomba Park Primary School (Fawkner) and Sunshine Primary School. Early Learning Victoria's central office isin the Victorian Department of Education. The central teamis leading the roll-out of the 50 centres and will support and oversee centre operations once they open.

About the role
The Integrated Services Manager will assist in coordinating integrated across Early Learning Victoria centres, collaborating closely with on-site will work with Early Learning Victoria centres to progress policy and priority initiatives, including establishing governance arrangements, facilitating agreements, and building networks. You will work with Centre Directorsand other centre staff to support service delivery and enhance the effectiveness of service integration across the centres.
This role will be based with the Early Learning Victoria central team in East Melbourne and will be expected to travel as required to centre locations. You will collaborate with the Early Learning Victoria Strategy and Planning Division on policy initiatives.
Key responsibilities
5. Assist in coordinating integrated services, such as Maternal and Child Health and playgroups, at Early Learning Victoria centres.
6. Collaborate withCentre Directorsand other centre staff to improve service integration.
7. Engage with local government, schools and other stakeholders to build partnerships, establish governance arrangement and facilitate agreements.
8. Participate in, and if necessary, establishlocal networks at a service level to strengthen community relationships and achieveorganisationalobjectives.
Experience required will include
9. Experience in child and family services.
10. People management and leadership experience, with a skill for fostering a high-trust and collaborative culture.
11. Effectivecommunication and relationship-building skills with staff, children, families and communities.
12. Advanced stakeholder management skills.
13. Experience working with vulnerable children and families.
14. Experience managing policy projects, from short-term to long-term initiatives.
