DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate HR Consultant, Talent Acquisition in Melbourne.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Consultant, Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet business needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process. Additionally, you will oversee background checks, employment verifications, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Your typical day at DSV:
* Proactively source and screen potential candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing qualifications against job requirements.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to select and recommend the most qualified candidates for further consideration.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
* Conduct background checks and verify employment references of selected candidates.
* Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
* Support the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for candidate selection.
* Facilitate new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and coordinating necessary paperwork.
About You:
* Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong ability to proactively source, screen, and assess candidates against job requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates effectively.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.
* Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
* A team player with a passion for talent acquisition and building high-performing teams.
