Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Senior Store Manager role at our Gepps Cross store. As a Senior Store Manager at Pillow Talk, you’ll partner with the Assistant Store Manager in your home location to lead the team and drive the operational and sales performance. Within your two stores, you will take full responsibility for resolving operational problems and in partnership with your Area Leader also resolving people problems, in addition to ensuring each store meets/exceeds their sales targets and KPI’s. You’ll be a brand ambassador and create highly personalised experiences for customers and employees alike, ensuring high engagement, enviable culture, and sustainable revenue growth. You’ll coach your team in the art of communicating our brand story, evoking in-store passion and brand loyalty with team members and customers alike, and empower your team by demonstrating how their efforts align with the business strategy.
A bit about you...
Experience in a commercial, customer-centric store leadership role in a busy retail environment
A proven track record of leading teams to consistent achievement of revenue targets
Operational agility with a strong inventory management capability
Fashion or trend oriented with strengths in visual display and stock presentation
Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling
Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of creating and implementing ideas to improve store trade
Exposure to high volume, large format retailing
Strong delegation and ability to optimise your team's productivity
