We are seeking a Senior Student Support Officer to join the Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Engineering.The Senior Student Support Officer in the Faculty of Engineering plays a vital role in providing expert consultation and support to students, ensuring the effective resolution of complex cases and seamless application of university policies within the Student Support Team. This position oversees case management, coordinates key initiatives like Exchange, Leave of Absence (LOA), Cross Institutional Studies, Advance Standing processes, and represents the Faculty in university-wide projects. The Senior Student Support Officer contributes to process improvements, compiles data-driven reports to inform decision-making, and ensures a collaborative, student-focused approach to service delivery.
