The company is expanding rapidly with a solid pipeline of projects set for the year, and exciting growth plans for the business as a whole. They are primarily involved in the infrastructure and urban development space, and you will be joining a team of 8 who are keen to train and develop their newest recruit. Your new role Develop detailed design plans and drawings using 12d Model software for various infrastructure and urban development projects Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project requirements are met Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess project feasibility. Prepare and review design documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Provide technical support and guidance to junior designers and drafters. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet relevant project deadlines What You'll Need To Succeed Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution Proficiency in 12d Model software is essential Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil design, preferably in infrastructure and urban development projects such as roads, pavements, stormwater and land subdivisions Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices with knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
