About the RoleA new opportunity has arisen for someone to join the team as a Product Support Advisor (PSA) based at Hail Creek. As a PSA, you will provide customer support to our customer base, with a focus on maximising fleet performance. You will achieve this by providing high level OEM Service, technical support, and mentoring embedded Liebherr Service Technicians. Gain an understanding of our customer needs and delivering a solution while generating new business opportunities for LAQ. You will work with Service and Parts teams to understand LAQ component forecast, and labour availability firming up customer requirements. This is a Monday to Friday role.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for monitoring onsite Liebherr equipment with particular focus on recommending corrective remedies to sustain/improve equipment condition and performance.Identify potential risks associated with inventory levels, considering equipment age, operations factors, and maintenance.Reporting of all significant or recurring maintenance events, performance, and analysis on equipment.Assisting with and conducting diagnostics evaluation of equipment failures and product faults.Assisting the Parts Department in the accurate forecasting of SEU/Parts requirements.Assisting planners and site maintenance personnel develop preventative and scheduled maintenance plans/programs.Promoting and educating customers on Service offerings & Solutions.About YouMechanical or Electrical Trade.Proven track record of high-level customer support.Liebherr excavator experience.Excellent communication and time management skills.The ability to provide accurate and timely advice.Customer focused and have great attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills.Work on some of the world’s largest and most technically advanced equipment.Above award hourly rates.Generous employee benefits, including 5 days bonus leave days, ability to purchase additional leave, paid parental leave, early access to LSL, wide range of company discounts and retail discount program.Diversity & InclusionDiversity and Inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group’s Core Values.
