A leading architectural firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Documentor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, organising, and ensuring the accuracy of all company documentation, supporting the firm's high standards of architectural excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
o Organise, manage, and maintain detailed documentation for architectural projects, including blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
o Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and compliant with industry standards.
o Prepare and format technical documents, presentations, and reports for both internal and client-facing purposes.
o Standardise document formats and ensure consistency across all project-related materials.
o Assist in the creation and maintenance of project manuals, schedules, and other related documentation.
o Ensure all documents meet regulatory and company guidelines.
o Archive and retrieve project documentation as needed for easy access and reference.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Communications, or a related field.
o Proven experience in documentation or content management, ideally in the architecture or construction industry.
o Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
o Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (AutoCAD experience a plus).
o Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex architectural concepts.
o Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
