- Remuneration: $36.45 - $37.29 per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options + RDO's
The Role:
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing efficient and professional administration support to the Emergency Medicine team; including payroll support, diary and leave management, meeting minutes and agenda preparation, maintaining staff files, updating spreadsheets, maintaining quality of information and systems, and any other administration tasks to ensure the service delivery needs of the department are met.
Duties:
* Act as a point of contact for Emergency Medicine team, including the Director of Emergency Medicine (ED Director) and Emergency Medicine Staff Specialists (FACEMS).
* Undertake administration responsibilities for ED Director and FACEMs in a professional and competent manner. Includes coordinating meetings and maintaining the diaries.
* Attends to payroll functions, including managing leave forms to strict deadlines, Training, Education and Study Leave (TESL) for Staff Specialists and rostering for FACEMs.
* Maintains staff records including but not limited to: In-Services, Mandatory Training, Performance Development Reviews, Licensing, Contracts, Presentation and Rosters; for Medical officers.
