Brain and Mind Hub is looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team! About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to enhance our clinic’s online presence, increase client engagement and promote our mental health services.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our team leaders across Communications & Marketing, Operations, and Admin to develop, implement and optimise digital campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with Brain and Mind Hub's vision and mission to provide comprehensive mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Campaign Management: Develop, manage and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, as well as LinkedIn campaigns, to drive brand awareness, client engagement and lead generation.
* Google Advertising : Plan, create and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including search, display and remarketing strategies.
* Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the clinic’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing and optimised for search engines (SEO).
* Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet organisational goals, enhance online visibility and attract new clients.
* Content Creation & Posting: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media posts and newsletters.
* Resource Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain digital resources such as guides, e-books and client information materials.
* Graphic Design: Design visually appealing assets, including social media graphics, banners and marketing materials.
* Data Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly analyse campaign performance, prepare reports and forecast results to optimise ongoing and future campaigns.
* Budget Management: Monitor, manage and report on the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and optimisation of funds across various channels.
What We’re Looking For:
* A relevant qualification in digital and social media marketing.
* Proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in the healthcare, wellness or mental health sector) with hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns, Google Ads and website management.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, SEO, SEM and content creation.
* Proven experience with website management tools (e.g., WordPress) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
* A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
* A passion for mental health and helping people access the care they need.
Desirable Attributes:
* Canva proficiency for designing on-brand graphics quickly and effectively.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for creating high-quality visual assets.
* Experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and a strong understanding of SEO best practices to ensure optimal website visibility and performance.
* Experience in data reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and the ability to use data to forecast trends and refine strategies.
* Strong budget management skills, with the ability to optimise ad spend for maximum ROI.
* Experience in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and managing email list segmentation.
* Familiarity with video editing tools and creating multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
