Barwon Health is committed to developing a vibrant culture of education, training and research that advances health and wellbeing for all.About The RoleThe Clinical Facilitator role requires you to work with enrolled and registered nursing students, preceptors and ward staff to create an environment that supports, promotes and enhances the learning experience. Nursing students undertake clinical placements in a variety of clinical settings at Barwon Health with support and guidance from the Clinical Facilitation team.You will work closely with the Clinical Placement Coordinator and Education Provider's to enhance relationships, and the models of clinical placement offered whilst also enhancing relationships with the wider Education and Training team.You will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to assess, plan, implement strategies and evaluate individual student learning needs.
