Add expected salary to your profile for insightsLocation: Gladstone Park, VICJob Type: Permanent Full-timeThe OpportunityIn this position, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing compliance, curriculum, and quality across four RTOs in three states.This role is primarily located in our head office in Victoria, however, given the national scope of the training division, applicants must have full-time Australian work rights and be willing to travel interstate as needed.Key Responsibility AreasCompliance against the Standards – ensure that all RTO’s maintain compliance against the Standards for RTO’s.Regulators – ensure all RTO information is up-to-date and comply with all regulator requests including the completion of regulatory obligations under the Standards for RTO’s.Audits – prepare for and participate in regulator, funding and internal audits.Complaints and Appeals – manage and respond to complaints and appeals in accordance with RTO policies and procedures.Industry Engagement Activities – conduct regular industry engagement activities in accordance with RTO policies & procedures.Quality Management System (QMS) – maintain and review all Quality Management Systems documents through the Novacore database.Marketing/Websites/Social Media – process new marketing requests and review existing marketing, websites and social media to ensure compliance with the Standards for RTO’s.Scope Management – regularly review the scope of registration for each RTO on a regular basis.Trainers & Assessors – review and approve all new trainers and assessors and maintain trainer and assessor currency. Prepare an annual PD Plan for RTO.Training Programs – process requests for new training programs and review existing training programs on a regular basis.Compliance Ticketing System – review all requests submitted via the ticketing system and allocate/action accordingly.Curriculum – work collaboratively with the Curriculum Manager in the development and review of training resources for all training products on the scope of registration including validation activities.EssentialRequirementsMust have 3+ years of experience with aXcelerate or similar (student management system)Over 5+ years RTO experience working within a compliance/curriculum teamHold a current Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentKnowledge of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011Advanced skills in Microsoft applicationsHigh attention to detailExceptional administration and time management skillsDesirableRequirementsUnderstanding of Standards for RTO’s and impending revised standards for RTO’sA strong understanding of State Government funding contracts (VIC/QLD/WA/NSW)About UsFounded in 1968, Ashley Services Group Limited (ASG) is a leading Labour Hire, Technical Services, and Training organisation with over 50 years of expertise in workforce management.
