THE ROLE Monday comes around so fast, as you prepare and debrief with Senior managers for the week ahead of you. You have a specific focus on assisting the accounts team, tending team administering and taking daily direction for transactional accounts, working to deadlines on Xero & Excel. With your energy, drive, enthusiasm, and brilliant interpersonal skills, you are a natural magnet that has internal staff trusting you for their needs, such as Administration of site WHS database ensuring subcontractor compliance. Processing of quotes, purchase orders, client invoices and supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner. Costing and allocating of expenses to jobs via Xero Administration and responding to the office and accounts email inbox Maintain and update project databases, financial records, and filing systems accurately and with integrity. Support the management of the tender process for potential projects, including the preparation and compilation of all required documentation. Assist the delivery team in coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Tender contract maintenance, liaising with clients, subcontractors and site supervisors gaining data updates for entry and recording. Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and compliance records for all projects. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide support to the operations and management teams. Act as a versatile all-rounder, maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
