Key Responsibilities:
1. Support in achieving daily and hourly sales targets, monitor sales performance metrics.
2. Assist in managing staff performance through regular reviews and coaching.
3. Support recruitment activities, oversee new employee induction, and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Maintain a customer-first attitude among staff, ensuring adherence to Cue’s Art of Sales training.
5. Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and adherence to security protocols.
6. Monitor stock levels and support in stock transfers according to established procedures.
7. Assist in optimizing store rostering and controlling wage expenditure.
8. Support in monitoring store expenses and adherence to budget guidelines.
The Ideal Candidate:
9. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Store Manager role within the fashion retail industry.
10. Proven experience in supporting the setup and launch of new stores, including layout, merchandising, and inventory management.
11. Demonstrated ability to support in achieving sales targets and monitoring performance metrics.
