You will be responsible to lead and manage a maintenance and engineering team to carry out maintenance of the plant and facilities in accordance with FMC best practice
Responsibilities:
1. Lead performance and drive continuous improvements in meeting maintenance department objectives and targets with both long- and short-term plans.
2. Review preventative maintenance program for continuous improvement in reliability, costs and equipment uptime – OAU measure through Implementation / improvement of predictive and preventive maintenance practices on site (vibration analysis, oil analysis, ultrasound and thermal imaging).
3. Ensure availability and regular review of work instructions and SOPs for maintenances practices and activities.
4. Supervise and develop Maintenance Team to meet results through cooperation and collaboration, and ensure training and succession planning to foster staff development and function performance
5. Develop Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) plans and support PHA execution
6. Lead PSI collation and manifests/dossiers creation and maintenance
7. Lead or assist in RCA, applying engineering principles to solve health safety, environment, and productivity problems
8. Be responsible for evaluating and approving all final design documents such as P&ID’s, equipment specs, drawing releases etc. for Management of Change procedure
9. Promote weekly toolbox safety presentations and support site safety efforts, attending other function meetings as required
10. Accountable for safe, efficient, effective contractor management including execution and administration of site small CAPEX projects and maintenance vendor service agreements.
11. Plan and control maintenance OPEX budget, including capital expenditures.
12. Debottleneck process and practices and lead development and execution of small to medium projects (typically up to $k) in coordination with the Tech Center
13. Represent Maintenance in audits and participate in other internal / external quality system audits (ISO, )
Skill:
14. Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent
15. Minimum 5-years’ experience in maintaining manufacturing plant with focus on reliability aspects.
16. Strong team leadership, people development and coaching direct team members to improve team performance and effectiveness.
17. Experience in SAP PM module or similar.
18. Experience in conducting RCA and FMEA.
19. Experience in managing and leading minor capital projects and execution.
20. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, able to work with a diverse group.
21. Skilled in LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies (preferred).
