We are looking for an experienced Pre-Construction and Customer Service Administrator to join the team based out of their Norwest office. About the Role: You will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of client during the Pre-Construction process. Day to day duties will include: Build strong relationships with internal and external clients Manage and maintain new and existing client base Lodging applications to obtain approvals from authorities Liaising with Developers and Council Meeting and greeting clients throughout the process Corresponding with clients via email and telephone Preparation of documentation for clients Manage and maintain new and existing client base General office duties as required Skills & Experience: Minimum 12 - 18 months experience in a similar role with a residential builder High level of attention to detail and robust administrative skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, driven and a positive attitude Benefits: Work with an award winning business and reputable home builder Central location in Norwest Business Park Close to public transport and on site parking provided Competitive salary Be a part of a supportive team culture If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out to me on 0455 555 874 or apply now.
