Kitchen Manager = Head Chef

ZSG Head Cook's Responsibilities
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store & kitchen.
* Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., COGS financial & rostering.
* Supervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experience.
* Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards.
* Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies.
* Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
* Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff.
* Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
* Assisting with the training of staff.
ZSG Head Cook's Skills & Experience
* Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on
* A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
* A positive 'can do' attitude
* Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
* Experienced Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
