We are seeking an experienced Receptionist who is a team player, has a can-do attitude, and is an excellent communicator to join our team.
About the role
The role is a permanent full-time position working 7.5 hours per day, between 8.30am to 5.00pm.
We are seeking a friendly and organised receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, provide excellent client service, and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Reporting directly to the Partners, and working closely with our team, your administration duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude to ascertain their needs
* Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate division or person
* Update data within the system
* Word process letters and documents for clients
* Process tax assessments
* Receipt and bank Trust Account cheques
* Mail – collection and distribution
* Secretarial duties as required to assist and support staff, e.g. photocopying, errands
* Ensure reception and interview rooms are tidy and equipment is maintained
* Order and maintain office supplies, staff amenities, etc.
About the applicant
* Appropriate certificate in business administration
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and abilities
* Sound knowledge of business and financial principles and practices
* Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
* Ability to prioritize and work effectively within a team
* Xero experience preferable, but not essential
