Goodstart, Australia's largest provider of early learning and care, is looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to lead our brand growth and family engagement initiatives.
As the Head of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of shaping Goodstart's brand presence and driving our marketing efforts. Reporting to the Chief Products and Services Officer, you will lead a talented team and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

Your Impact:
* Drive the strategic direction of Goodstart's marketing efforts and strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and market opportunities.
* Enhance brand awareness and reputation, positioning Goodstart as a leader in early childhood education and care by driving initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, relevance, and reputation.
* Increase family enrolments through targeted marketing campaigns, local area marketing support and drive connection to Goodstart.
* Strengthen the employer brand and support the recruitment of top talent through innovative talent marketing strategies.
* Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising, to increase visibility and reach. Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
* Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

To be successful in the role you will have:
* Formal tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business with an extensive and demonstrated experience in the management of a marketing, experience or communication function
* Experience working in a large, distributed 'service' industry
* Absolute customer mindset with a strong track record in developing value propositions using market insight and hard metrics with commercial acumen with sound business judgement
* Ability to work collaboratively and rally an organisation behind an idea
* Strong planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to broker outcomes with stakeholders
* Experience in developing and maintaining mature business relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to influence and persuade.
* Experience engaging, leading and developing teams fostering an agile mindset and behaviours
* Knowledge of the early learning and care sector (desirable)
* Proven experience defining and leading the implementation of improvement and transformation projects (desirable)
