Role Overview : As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, media buying, and optimizing campaigns across multiple funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and channels (Meta, Google, TikTok). You will take a data-driven approach to performance, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and continually optimize for better ROI. You'll collaborate closely with the Web/Multimedia Designer to ensure creative alignment, all while building scalable systems that streamline campaign delivery and increase revenue generation. Work Arrangement : First Three Months : Full-time on-site training and system setup in Adelaide. Transition : Flexible work-from-home arrangement once systems are established. Key Responsibilities : Strategy, Planning, and Execution : Lead the development of digital marketing strategies that align with the business growth goals, targeting key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple channels and brands. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and potentially LinkedIn, YouTube, or Pinterest depending on brand goals. Create comprehensive media buying strategies that balance long-term brand awareness with immediate conversion goals across all funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). Drive audience segmentation and personalization strategies to tailor campaigns to specific customer profiles and behavioral insights. Data-Driven Decision Making : Use advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) to monitor performance and optimize campaigns in real time. Implement and oversee A/B testing and multivariate testing for ads, creative, copy, and landing pages to ensure continuous optimization. Regularly provide actionable insights from campaign data to guide budgeting, creative adjustments, and strategy pivots. Advanced Media Buying & Budget Management : Manage paid media budgets effectively across all channels, ensuring agile reallocation of spend based on real-time performance. Develop budget forecasting models and scenario planning to align media spend with business growth targets and market conditions. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure profitability and ROI are tracked accurately across campaigns. Funnel Optimization (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) & Retention : Develop high-converting campaigns for each stage of the funnel:TOFU : Drive brand awareness and capture attention using viral content, influencer marketing, and paid media. MOFU : Nurture leads with retargeting ads, educational content, and personalized email sequences. BOFU : Execute conversion-driven campaigns that focus on discounts, testimonials, product demos, and social proof. Retention : Implement email automations, loyalty programs, and upsell strategies to retain customers and increase lifetime value (LTV). Creative Oversight : Work with the Web/Multimedia Designer to ensure all creative assets (ads, landing pages, social content) align with strategic goals and funnel stages. Ensure that creative assets are tested and optimized based on performance data. Automation & System Optimization : Build automated workflows for campaign management, using tools like Google Tag Manager, Zapier, and marketing automation platforms. Develop templates and scalable processes for rapid campaign launches, ensuring consistency across multiple brands and stores. Influencer & UGC Management : Coordinate influencer partnerships, provide scripts, and ensure raw footage aligns with campaign goals. Leverage virtual assistance teams to manage outbound influencer outreach and UGC collection to boost TOFU efforts. What You'll Bring : Strategic Mindset & Planning : Strong experience in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies for revenue growth across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages. Data-Driven Expertise : Deep experience with data analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). E-commerce & Shopify Experience : Proficient in managing multiple Shopify stores, ensuring funnel optimization and conversion tracking. Media Buying & Budgeting : Hands-on experience with advanced media buying, budget management, and ROI optimization across multiple digital channels. Creative Collaboration & Innovation : A collaborative approach to working with designers to develop impactful and optimized assets for each stage of the funnel. Automation & Process Building : Strong skills in building systems and automating workflows to improve the speed and efficiency of campaign delivery.
