This innovative and supportive manufacturing company based in Tuggerah is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic administrative all-rounder to join their team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:
* Administration Support: Providing general administration support to the project and wider team
* Project Administration: Working closely with Project Managers to oversee and coordinate various projects within the organisation
* Document Control: Managing and organising documents, raising purchase orders and invoices for clients
* Work Health and Safety: Assisting with WHS and compliance procedures
* Communication: Serving as a point of contact for all stakeholders
* Reporting: Drafting and editing documents and reports
* Technology: Using project management software and booking systems such as MRPeasy
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong administrative experience in a similar role (essential)
* Previous experience with project administration, document control and in manufacturing or similar industry is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workload, adaptable and happy to assist with ad hoc tasks
* Exceptional organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
