About you and your skills Some of the things we are looking for: Strong experience as a UX/Product designer or similar, with extensive skills in journey mapping, concept development, wireframe design, UI creation, prototype development, and user testing and facilitation.2+ years' experience supporting digital channels for large, complex organisations requiring stakeholder management.2+ years' experience in project leadership or team mentoring.Solid experience designing for apps with a deep understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.Ability to create rapid, low-fi through to high-fi prototypes and iterate.Experience in communicating and rationalising design decisions alongside feasibility.A demonstrated capability in creating wireframes, UI and interactive prototypes; & providing developers a clear picture of what we are looking to create.Skilled in translating business process and customer behaviours/insights into design concepts.
