A friendly atmosphere, a commitment to keeping you informed and regular team events are just a few of the things you can expect at CV.About The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Officer to join our team based at Hendra.As an IT Support Officer your duties will include, but not be limited to:Act as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests via phone, email, and Jira Service Management.Log, prioritise, and resolve tickets ensuring a high-quality user experience and timely issue resolution.Perform setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.Support user account management processes, including creating, modifying, and removing user accounts in line with IT policies.Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly How-To guides, FAQs, and documentation for end-users to resolve common issues independently.Update and monitor the IT Support Bot to ensure it provides relevant and accurate solutions to end-users.Deliver informal training sessions for employees to help them utilise IT systems, tools, and self-service resources effectively.About YouAre you the person CV needs?
