Team Support: Partner with the Nominated Supervisor to lead and inspire a dedicated team of educators and support staff, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Child Engagement: Develop strong, trusting relationships with children, providing individual support and attention to ensure they feel secure and happy. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, caregivers, and educators, addressing any concerns and keeping everyone informed about program activities. Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling, record-keeping, and managing supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all activities and procedures adhere to the highest safety and regulatory standards, maintaining a secure environment for all participants. We're Seeking a Stellar Assistant Coordinator Who Can Excel in These Key Areas: Passion for Learning: Whether you already hold or are working towards a recognised 2-year ECEC qualification, your dedication to early childhood education will be evident in your work. Safety First: Maintain a current Blue Card and up-to-date certifications in First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR, or be eager to acquire them as you join us. Experience & Versatility: Bring hands-on experience in OSHC or Early Learning & Care, with a talent for supporting the Nominated Supervisor. You're ready to step into their role when needed, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability. Tech-Savvy: While experience with CCMS software is a plus, your willingness to embrace and master new technologies is what truly matters.
