Purchasing & Stores Officer We are looking for a suitably qualified Purchasing and Stores Officer to join the team.
You will be responsible for ensuring internal customers are provided with items and materials to undertake daily activities through purchasing and inventory management.
To be responsible for undertaking all store operational aspects at the Works Centre Store.
The successful applicant will have: Qualifications in Purchasing and Warehousing or another equivalent qualification, or a minimum 4 years' experience in stores/purchasing procedures with a sound knowledge of stores and inventory management.Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team to provide excellent customer service.Sound verbal, numeracy and literacy skills with demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate.Qualifications required: White cardForklift High Risk LicenseChemical Handling CertificateCurrent Driver's licenceManual handling techniquesPosition Hours: Full-Time Fixed Term, 75 hours fortnight.
Salary range: $68,180.02 to $76,299.23 plus superannuation.
