About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Executive to support our Greater Western Sydney territory, covering locations such as Campbelltown, Narellan, Hoxton Park and Leppington.
You will focus on providing exceptional customer service and field representation across all channels within your defined territory.
Leveraging customer insights, you will create sales opportunities that deliver value to our customers.
As an autonomous role, you will primarily be on the road visiting customers to gain sales and influence buying habits in your territory.
When not out on the road, you will be calling customers and planning for the days ahead, booking meetings and developing plans for growth in your territory.
Your days will involve training staff, merchandising, focusing on sales budgets, and meeting KPIs, with health and safety being a top priority.
This role offers variety and challenge, keeping you learning and growing your knowledge and skills.
You will work alongside an experienced team who will support you to succeed in your role.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a customer base in person and over the phone
* Achieve sales, volume, and KPI targets
* Run reports and present them quarterly to stores
* Grow and build relationships with new and existing customers
Skills & Experience:
* Understand a wide range of products and offerings across all channels
* Strong customer service, sales, and planning skills
* Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills
* Exposure to using Sales CRMs
* Willingness to travel once every six weeks
