Here is your opportunity to provide both functional and business leadership as part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, supporting and developing strategic planning for the Australian and New Zealand business. You will have managed capital budgets, controls environments, resource allocation and engineering projects within global metric organizations. Your experience across business processes like Stage Gate, Integrated Business Processes and Reliability Strategy will ensure your success in this role. Your expertise will ensure you have brand presence not only across the ANZ business but across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans that support the business growth, productivity, and sustainability goals through capital expenditure. Develop long term and annual capital budget plans that are aligned with APAC Sector. Manage major capital projects safely and to the approved budget, agreed schedule, and scope. Support and manage the development of engineering resources and succession planning. Work closely with ANZ EHS team to implement processes supporting safety in projects. Lead the reliability agenda to reduce Engineering downtime to achieve world-class standards. About You: Engineering Degree – Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical, highly desirable. Over 10 years of engineering experience in the food industry and project management experience. Experience in capital budget planning (short & long term). Experience in strategic business planning in relation to capital projects. Track record of involvement with cross-functional areas such as Marketing, Sales and R&D.
