As a result of continued success they are currently looking for an Experienced Office Manager to join the team in Auchenflower. Key Responsibilities: Answer phones and greet visitors to the office Provide general administrative support to internal teams Accounts Payable Provide tender and contracts support Compile handover folders in conjunction with the CA’s for completion of jobs (what forms are required, any warranties etc.) Maintain staff Power Pass Cards – supply for new staff, cancellation when staff leave Payment of sundry accounts using credit card Manage onboarding and offboarding of staff Co-ordinate and collate weekly hours for staff and enter into Procore. Send email with summary to MD weekly Work Health and Safety Coordinate Cleaners Subcontractor insurance management Create and distribute Agenda for team meetings Maintain office equipment eg. Multi-function printer, coffee machine etc Prepare site safety folders in conjunction with CA’s Co-ordinate training, licences, mask fittings etc for staff Organise team events Candidate Criteria: Proven experience as an Office Manager/Business Support, preferably in the construction, civil or transport industry. Ability to take control and really make the role their own Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills.
