Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves general repairs, vacant tenancy cleans, yard and garden maintenance, and waste management. The position is Monday to Friday, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard while fostering a positive and respectful environment for tenants.Key Responsibilities:Perform scheduled and non-routine maintenance and repairs across propertiesConduct vacant tenancy cleans and manage waste disposalIdentify and report maintenance issues or supply needs to the Operations ManagerMaintain safe and effective waste management practices, including skip bins and rubbish disposalEnsure all tenant interactions are professional, respectful, and supportiveCollaborate with the onsite support team to maintain a positive building cultureAbout You:To excel in this role, you should have:Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniquesExperience operating power tools and equipmentAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of workplace health and safety regulationsA valid driver’s license (manual license preferred)Willingness to undergo a criminal history checkWhy Join the Team?This organisation provides safe and affordable housing for individuals at risk of homelessness.
